Policies

All fees are due in advance, payable via Cashapp or Zelle. All training fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. If for some reason you are unable to use your sessions, you may transfer the unused portion to another person. The original expiration date will still apply. Please give 24-hour notice of cancellations. No shows are charged 100% of the session. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate your request. If we are unable to agree upon an alternative slot and the request is placed less than 24 hours prior to your original appointment, you will be charged 100% of the session. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, the training hour will not be extended and will end at the scheduled time. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes the session will be cancelled, and you will be charged 100% of the session.
