Magic Circle Workshop
Have you been wanting to get more out of your matwork practice? Ready to go deeper and take your practice to another level? Meet the magic circle! In this workshop we will explore how using the circle can "assist" by making an exercise more accessible, but simultaneously challenge the muscle fibers with a deeper connection. This workshop is appropriate for all levels, registration is required.
